So I am in the bathroom this morning and this happens to be on the counterThomas: Look Mommy, money.
Me: Yes, but it's daddy's money so please leave it there.
(this avoids fighting between the two boys as each one wants it all)
Thomas: This is Daddy's money?
Me: Yes it is.
Thomas: WOW he sure does make a lot of money!
I couldn't help but laugh....ahhh to be a child again and not have any idea what the differece in value of a penny vs. a quarter.

My son was asking today how much we bought our house for. I told him and he said, well, it should have been x hundred dollars not x hundred thousand dollars. "Our house was a dump when we bought it". :)
Happy New YEar!
Ahh, the innocence is refreshing, isn't it?
Oh I love it! Kid perspective is so much fun! :)

Ahhh I love that! My favorite is when the girls ask me if they can buy something while we are at the store & then they pull out a few coins from thier pocket & say, see I've got lots of money. Ohhhh how I wish that was LOTS of money! LOL
Hey, looks like a lot to me - that's almost two trips to the vending machine!
Adorable! Kids are so cute!
How cute. I miss little kid perspectives. They so make me smile.
:) Yes but then try to explain to them what it means for something to be expensive. And therefore not to be broken or played with... Yikes!
Too funny! It reminds me when our son told us he thought we should buy a new car: "They are expensive … about $100 … but I think we should get one."
Hee! Love this! {so much!}
